The Camille Club - Cancellation Policy
At The Camille Club, we value your time and our artists' schedules. To ensure smooth operations and availability for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Booking Deposit
A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule within the allowed time frame.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment.
If you reschedule within this timeframe, your deposit will be transferred to the new booking.
Failure to reschedule or attempt to change your appointment will result in the full amount being charged to the card on file.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations
If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged the full service amount to the card on our system.
Multiple no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
